Linda (Camara) Featherstone

Linda (Camara) Featherstone, 78, of Tiverton, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026. She was the loving wife of the late Gerald J. "Jerry" Featherstone, with whom she shared 43 years of marriage.

Born in Newport, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Lorraine (Ross) Camara.

For over 30 years, Linda worked for Chartwells, at Tiverton Middle School lunch program.

She was a member of a bowling league, enjoyed going to her children's soccer games and spending time with her grandsons, especially poolside. She also loved going to the beach with her dear friend Joanne. Linda was an avid dog lover, she loved her furry companions.

She is survived by her children, Amy Lester and her husband Clint of Tiverton, and Andrew J. Featherstone and his companion Ruby Alvarado of South Kingstown; her grandchildren, Ethan Lester, Alexzander Featherstone, and Landon Featherstone; her siblings, Lenod Camara and Dennis Camara, both of Portsmouth and Virginia Bijani of Taunton. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
