Keisha DeJesus, 50, of Fall River, Pastor of Bilingual Ministry Church, South Main St. Fall River, entered into eternal rest with her Lord on March 8, 2022 at Charlton Memorial Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer.
A Director of Health Access Program of SSTAR Healthcare, she worked there for 18 years.
She was also a Director of Meeting Street Program, New Bedford and lead outreach worker for the Greater Fall River Recreational Center. Keisha loved to travel and cherished her time as a missionary worker. Her hobbies included knitting and crocheting.
Born in Bronx, New York, Keisha was the daughter of Maritza (Melendez) Fresneda (husband Fidel Fresneda) and the late Henry DeJesus. Besides her mother and stepfather, she leaves a daughter, Ashurdee Rios; a son, Jayden Rios-DeJesus; four siblings, Maskil DeJesus, Miosotis Fresneda, Fidel Fresneda, Jr. and Loiza DeJesus; many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River. Burial will be private.
