Jessica Letourneau

Jessica Letourneau, 59, of Somerset, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Vincent and Margaret (Furtado) Letourneau.

Besides her loving parents, she is survived by her life partner of over 30 years Lance Tavares (his children Kurt and Lauren); her brothers, Steven Letourneau (wife Susan), and Kenneth Letourneau (wife Tara); nieces and nephews, Mandy Letourneau, Amanda Nunes, Kenneth Letourneau Jr. , and Haelie Letourneau.

Prior to her battle with multiple sclerosis (MS) Jessica worked as a lab assistant at Charlton Memorial Hospital. A graduate of Durfee High School in Fall River she later went on to earn her Associate of Science degree in Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Lauda in 2003 from Bristol Community College.

Jessica was known for her love of animals, regularly donating to animal charities and supporting local animal rescues. She was an avid car enthusiast still in possession of her very first car, a 1969 Buick Grand Sport California Edition. Together Jessica and Lance attended numerous track days, rod runs, car shows and events.

Jessica's visitation will be held on Monday, July 20th, from 8:30 to 10:30 A.M., with a funeral service at 10:30 A.M., at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S. Main St, Fall River. 

Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Robeson St, Fall River.
