Ida (Bouffard) Rivard

Ida (Bouffard) Rivard, 100, of Revere, MA, formerly of Riverview Towers, Milliken Boulevard, Fall River, died Tuesday, January 24, 2006. She was the wife of the late Philip S. Rivard. Born, March 3, 1905, in Ste. Croix, Quebec, Canada, the daughter of the late Alphonse and Emma (Frenette) Bouffard, she lived in Fall River most of her life, in Tiverton for several years and in Revere for the past 13 years. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of St. Anne Parish, Fall River. Survivors include a son, Richard Rivard of Revere; and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Leonidas, Charles and Andre Bouffard, Meleda Bosman and Arline Boisvert. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 9:00. Entombment, Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Friday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
