Henry A. "Buster" Lecomte

Henry A. "Buster" Lecomte, 80, of Fall River, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on July 11, 1944, in Fall River, Henry lived a life marked by dedication and commitment to those he held dear.

Henry pursued a career as a truck driver for both Shell Oil Company and Getty Oil Company.

A dedicated family man, Henry was always present for his children and grandchildren, attending their sports events and school activities, ensuring he never missed a moment of their lives. His vibrant personality and unwavering support made him a steadfast figure in the lives of those he loved.

Buster was a great fisherman and a devoted NASCAR fan, who took pride in owning and working on his beloved Buick Grand National automobile. His participation in local organizations, such as the Tiverton Rod and Gun Club, VFW Post 5392 Fishing Club, and the Old Farts Motorcycle Club, exemplified his love for camaraderie and community.

Henry is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Corinne M. (McAndrew) Lecomte, and his children, Traci-Anne Chaves, her husband Carl J. and Shawn H. Lecomte, his wife Heidi;

grandchildren, Joshua Chaves, Courtney Guerrera, her husband Richard, Griffin Lecomte and Conor Lecomte, great-grandchildren Owen R. Guerrera, and Shay Ryan Guerrera;

He is also survived by his siblings, Claudette Lecomte and Robert D. Lecomte and his wife Joyce and several nieces and nephews.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Lecomte and Germaine (Paquette) Lecomte.

Visitation will be held at Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main Street, Fall River, MA 02721, on Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

His funeral will take place Monday, June 30, at 9:00 AM from the funeral home, with a Funeral Mass at Holy Ghost Church, 316 Judson Street, Tiverton, at 10:00.
