Gerald F. “Jerry” Bennett, 79, of Fall River, passed away peacefully at home.
A claims examiner with the VA in Providence for 21 years, he was also an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. Jerry enjoyed collecting stamps.
He was the former husband of Christine (Oldham) Bennett, the brother of the late Robert T. Bennett and Charles P. Bennett and the son of the late Charles H. and Eva (Perdok) Bennett.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 22, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.
A funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 12:00 Noon. Burial, Oak Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a Animal Rescue League of ones choice.
