Elizabeth Ann "Betty" (Hauck) Glass, 77, of Fish Rd., Tiverton, widow of Marvin L. Glass, died Sunday, October 19, 2008.
A native of New York, she was the mother of Deborah Padula and Richard Glass, both of Tiverton and the late Donna-Lee Glass; the mother-in-law of Domenic Padula, Pamela Glass and Charles Lapre; the grandmother of Liz Wood, James Lapre, William and John Glass and Christopher Bullivant; the great-grandmother of Tim and Adam Perry, Alyssa Glass and Kallie, Kaleb and Ethan Mello and Skyler Freitas; the daughter of the late Henry and Caroline (Wachter) Hauck and the sister of the late Caroline Domanick, Dorothy Vitale and Irene Knieriem.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Ghost Church, Tiverton, at 10:00 AM. Burial to follow at Pocasset Hill Cemetery.
Visitation, Thursday 5:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, 280 Hillside Ave., # 9, Needham MA 02494.
