Edna A. Beaulieu

Edna A. Beaulieu, 95, of Somerset, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. She was the wife of the late Eugene G. Beaulieu with whom she shared 39 years of marriage. 

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Mathias and Melida (Desjardins) Chretien. 

Edna dedicated many years of her career to the New England Telephone Company, where she was respected for her dedication and commitment.

A passionate baker, Edna found joy in perfecting her chocolate chip cookie recipe, often sharing her delectable creations with family and friends. Her creative spirit extended beyond baking; Edna loved to knit, taking great pleasure in crafting Christmas stockings for her entire family, ensuring each one was personalized and filled with love.

Edna was also an avid sports fan, with a particular fondness for the Boston Red Sox. She found delight in cheering for her favorite players and discussing the games with others, adding to the richness of her social interactions.

Edna is survived by her son, Paul Beaulieu. She is preceded in death by her siblings: Rita Martineau, Lucien Chretien, Henry Chretien, George Chretien, Roger Chretien, and Colette and Georgette Chretien.

Her visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., with a funeral service at 11:00 A.M., at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S. Main St, Fall River. Burial to follow Notre Dame Cemetery.
