Dorothy (St.Pierre) Picard-Montour, 93, of Providence, formerly of Fall River and Tiverton, widow of Norman Picard and Harvey R. Montour, Sr., died Thursday, July 30, 2015. She attended Fruit Hill Day Services for Elderly. She leaves two daughters, Nancy D. Picard of Providence and Barbara A. (Picard) Sawyer and her husband Bennett of Sorrento, Maine; grandchildren, Bennett Sawyer and his wife, Debra, Brian Sawyer, and Beth McKee and her husband, William and a great-grandson, Connor McKee.
