Dolores B. (Pacheco) DeLeon, 91, of Fall River, passed into eternal rest on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at the Royal of Fairhaven Nursing Center.

Born in Fall River, she was the wife of the late Ernest J. "Ernie" DeLeon and the daughter of the late Armand and Rita (Dube) Levasseur.

Dolores was employed by Fairhope Fabrics.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, reading and spending time with family.

She was the mother of Ernest P. DeLeon (late wife Karen) of Fall River, Pat Borges of Fall River, Deborah Ignagni (husband Robert) of Warwick, RI and the late Steven DeLeon; the grandmother of Mandy Costa, Edith Kerr, Brittany Soares, Jennifer DeLeon, Robert Grace, Abigail Ignagni, Katie Ignagni and the late Thomas Kerr; the great-grandmother of Brandon Peixoto, Benjamin Peixoto, Riley Kerr, Madden DeLeon, Tristan Jussaume, Stella Soares, and Kaelynn Sousa.


Visitation will be held Thursday, October 8 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM with a funeral service in the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River, at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.

Please omit flowers and consider a donation to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
