Cynthia Nickerson

Cynthia Nickerson, 72, of Tiverton, Rhode Island passed away peacefully at St. Anne’s Hospital on July 13, 2025. She was the wife of the late John Robert Nickerson. Born in Newport, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Wilda (Bazinet) Davis and Edward Davis. A graduate of St Joseph's Catholic High School in Fall River, she worked for Montgomery County in Maryland until her retirement in 2015. Cynthia was an avid walker who spent her later years with her friends at Countryview Estates and tending to her beloved dogs Foxy and Biscuit.

Cynthia is survived by her brother, Edward Davis of Bristol RI and his wife Judi as well as her nephews Joshua Davis and Neil Davis. She was the sister of the late Sharon St Hilaire and an aunt to the late Nicholas Davis.
