Claire Marie (Grandfield) Oliveira

Claire Marie (Grandfield) Oliveira, 82, of Tiverton, widow of Charles L. Oliveira, died Wednesday, May 7, 2014. A dedicated grandmother and active member and volunteer of St. Theresa Parish, she was a former employee of Shelburne Shirt Company. She was the mother of Linda Marie Leonard (husband John) of Tiverton and the late Steven C. Oliveira; the grandmother of Melissa Gauthier (husband Eric), Melanie Leite (husband Jared) and Sarah, Alexander, Joshua and Rachel Leonard; the great-grandmother of Nathaniel and Barrett Gauthier; the sister of Robert Grandfield of Ohio Maureen Lima of Florida and the late Genevieve DeCosta, Barbara Beauregard and Rose Doyle; the daughter of the late Robert and Susan (Rogers) Grandfield, and also leaves nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Theresa Church, Tiverton, at 10:00 AM. Burial, Pocasset Hill Cemetery. Visitation, Tuesday morning prior to the funeral from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
