Cesar Amaral

Cesar Amaral, 62, of Westport, passed away Friday, July 26, 2024.

He was the husband of Julie Nadeau-Amaral.

Born in Lomda Da Maia, St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Maneul and Maria (Carvalho) Amaral.

Cesar was first employed as a machinist with True Machine, Swansea.  He then was employed in construction at JH Landscaping.

Cesar was a caring person who always put others before himself.

He was a gifted craftsman who enjoyed carpentry work.

Besides his wife of 18 years, he leaves four children, Chad Amaral, Tyler Amaral (fiancée Brittany Arruda), Nicholas Nadeau and Alana Nadeau; five siblings, Rev. John Amaral (wife Connie), Christina Moniz (husband Sal), Tony Amaral (wife Tillie), Bertha DaCosta (husband John) and Clement Amaral (wife Natalie);

many nieces and nephews;

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 1, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.

His funeral service will be held Friday, August 2 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with a burial at Beech Grove Cemetery following.
