Anne Marie Teasdale

 Anne Marie (Bernier) Teasdale, 80, a former resident of Somerset, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026. She was the wife of the late Richard R. Teasdale whom she met through their mutual love of auto racing.

Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Roland J. and Catherine J. "Kay" (Cambone) Bernier.

Anne Marie was an employee at McDonald's Restaurant in Swansea for many years. She was a dedicated employee and a valued member of every group and organization she was a part of. She was known for her commitment, generous spirit, and willingness to always go above and beyond.

She was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching all types of professional sports. She enjoyed swimming. She liked travelling when younger.

She was a dedicated employee and member of any group she was associated with, always giving.

She loved music from the 1960s and country music especially Kenny Rogers and Carrie Underwood.

She is survived by her children, Douglas R. Teasdale (wife Michelle), Dwight E. Teasdale (wife Bethany), and Kathleen Byers (husband Douglas); her grandchildren, Richard Teasdale, Adam Teasdale, Owen Teasdale, Hayden Teasdale, Riley Diffley, Sawyer Diffley, and Logan Diffley; and her siblings, Michelle Wilding, Paul Bernier, and David Bernier and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Robert Bernier.

Anne Marie's visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 26 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River. 

A Funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. 

Burial will take place at Notre Dame Cemetery.
