Ana C. Morais

Ana Cecilia Morais, 72, of Fall River, wife of the late Raul C. Morais, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at St. Anne's Hospital.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she was the daughter of the late Jose Mateus Camara and the late Marcelina G. Camara.

She enjoyed classic films, country music, and was an avid history buff with a knack for remembering names, dates and events. She was kind, fun loving, and always up for a light-hearted prank.

Prior to her retirement, she worked as a Testing Lab Technician at Duro Textile Industries (Pioneer Finishing/ Duro Printers) in Fall River for over 20 years, was a seamstress at Fall River Knitting Mills and worked at American Tourister in Warren, RI.

She leaves behind a son, Raul C. Morais, Jr. and was the mother of the late Lourdes C. Cabral; She also leaves three grandchildren, Kendra Cabral (Morais) Pereira, Kyle Cabral Morais, and Tyler Cabral; several great-grandchildren; her brothers Hildegar Camara and his wife Linda, City Council President Joseph Camara and his wife Lila, her sister Deborah Imbriglio and her husband, Gerard; and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Holy Name Church, Hanover Street, at 10:00 AM.
