Albert R. "Al" Canuel

Visitation at the South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St., Fall River, Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:30 PM. Albert R. "Al" Canuel, Jr., 61, of Alden St., Fall River, died Saturday, September 6, 2014. He served in the Navy and was a former employee of Viana Homes, Assonet. He was the son of the late Albert Canuel and Theresa (Stanton) Canuel-Lowery; the stepson of the late Dorothy Canuel; the father of Jillian Paquette of Fall River; the grandfather of Shyann, Tyrone and Tredan Cartwright; the brother of William Stanton and Gail Souza, both of Masardis, ME, Linda Karppinen of Fall River , Roland Canuel of Orlando, FL and the late Dennis and Diane Canuel; and the longtime boyfriend of Talitha Cofiell. Visitation at the South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St., Fall River, Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:30 PM. Cremation to follow. Please omit flowers.
