Anna M. (Jarvis) Parent, 84, of The Academy Building Apartments, So. Main St., Fall River, formerly of Wilson Rd., widow of Amos L. Parent, died Tuesday, June 5, 2012.

A BMC Durfee High School graduate, she worked in Fall River’s garment industry.

She leaves children, Beverly Andrews and her husband John of Taunton, and Joseph A. Parent and his fiancée Korinne VanKeuren of San Jose, CA; grandchildren, Debra Howard, Brian Hamilton and Cheryl Carpenter and her husband Tony; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Annabelle Hamilton, Emma Howard and Azrielle Carpenter; a sister, Edith Ray of Somerset; and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late William and Anna Mae (Colucci) Jarvis.

Her funeral service will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery.

Visitation, Friday 4:00 to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
